Polaris Grill offers an eclectic menu of upscale American cuisine served in an elegant but relaxing dining room. Start your meal with the signature items that keep customers coming back time after time. If Dad likes some heat, the Aztec chicken chowder includes chiles and pepper jack cheese. The "55" house salad is a take on a wedge salad, topped with the restaurant's special dressing. Entrees include a wide range of burgers and sandwiches, steaks, seafood, and pasta. If Dad wants breakfast, Polaris has a great Sunday brunch. Hours are 11 a.m. - 9 p.m. daily except Sunday when doors open at 10 a.m.

The restaurant is modeled after its legendary namesake in Munich, right down to the authentic decorations and servers in traditional garb. Enjoy a hearty meal of spätzle, jägerschnitzel, or bratwurst paired with a Hopfen Weizen, the seasonal "bier" for June. Dine alfresco in the dog-friendly biergarten, an expansive patio with picnic-style seating. Hofbräuhaus is open 11 a.m. - 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday, 11 a.m. - 11 p.m. Friday, and 11 a.m. - midnight Saturday. Brunch is served on weekends.
